It's a negotiated deal. If we want them to do their share they need some compensation for how far ahead of the play the developed world is. It doesn't surprise me some don't want to recognise that, or acknowledge the need for that. In a cooperative agreement it can't be all one way.

And I'm not seeing the need to wear hair shirts. That's just another pretty stupid piece of denial self delusion and false justification.

So, after big business having shipped our jobs offshore to India you now want our government to ship what little money the country earns offshore to India as well? Oh, stupid me, the government will have to borrow that money from China, but don't fret. we will pay it all back in coal.
