I was with you at last SSN Sydney meeting and I have since purchased, mainly I because I believe in current direction of SSN. However, i have never been a fan of reward me irrespective of performance. SSN mgment have a poor history of passing hat at worst time for SSN and holders. Perception - IMO - "Don't much care how you are faring, I want bonus!".
Productivity based reward is concept I am familiar with but I think this an alien concept for some SSN mgment.
Take a look through Director Interest notifications to get an idea of mgment committment. I bought (and hold) more than some of our mgers. How many purchase Vs sales notifications can you find in 2014?
Yes, believe production will be ramped up but Nth Dakota winter will hit output. So, let SSN mgment come back with reward request after SSN achieves milestone of a quarter with 4 digit BOPD output. Until that milestone....I stand firm with my NO.
