you have incorrectly para-phased my comment. Anybody who want to challenge a management decision should do so absolutely. However the objectivity by some is sadly lacking. Easy to point the blame at someone else rather their own inaction.

sadly people forget they are investing in a speculative share and maybe don't manage their trade accordingly.
"Whinging" is about people who cannot enter a stop loss 2x average true trading range and get out with a small loss. Those who choose to blame management for their own stupidity are whinging flip flops so make sure you retain the context without re-inventing one on my behalf.
I agree that the bar is set somewhat low for the LTIP and will be sharing my view on this with management.
