How can they own shares when they came on board about March 2023 to get it ot of administration caused by the old board.
With the company being in suspension, no one can buy or sell shares so they cannot buy if they wanted to.
Shares were issued to strategic investors to raise capital but this doesn't mean an individual can buy.
You sound like an uninformed disgruntled ex girlfriend who got burnt buying at a high price and now your butt hurts.
Maybe seek help with dealing with your emotions and anger.
