What do you mean by an off-take deal that funds PB?

Long term purchase agreement with guaranteed payments is normal right?

I am intrigued how you think there could be a financing part, perhaps an advance against delivery, or advance but with a cheaper price that recoups against advance, would equity need to come in?

Any model you are thinking?
