I agree with Awoonga. Seven (7) months to complete engineering, and build and commission the mine? Doesn't seem likely to me.
I think that by the time AVB do announce the Mining Licence, they will have already announced a new schedule for production, or will do so soon after the FML announcement.
However, I've only personally been involved with the Engineering, Construction and Comissioning of much bigger projects in Australia.
It would be great to see some project timelines of other mines of similar size... If anyone can easily find some?
