The longer it takes for us to get FML the more we will see fluctuations in SP. We really do not have much without the FML because without this there is no triggering of finances and not much in the name of development for the ST. LT holders are getting restless and new investors are coming on board. Anything under 9c will be snapped up just like it happened on Friday.
Hold tight and play the troughs for now ...........peaks will appear shortly when big pockets appear after FML is granted IMHO
