I don't know Westpac's track record but I do know AC's and of the two, from experience, I know who I would follow. AC has been saying not to average down or throw more dollars at AVB since his first posts here, I pity those who followed him. gregm may be an example, holding 2.5 years and still out of pocket whereas he could be in profit had he averaged down when s/p was weak. As he says, " the posters who get the thumbs down did warn me " and he must have listened, I hope you get your capital back too gregm and you will.
malaga, naturally you will want the best possible entry price if you decide to buy AVB, every locked door needs a key to open it, the door to AVB's immediate future needs a key with FML stamped on it, we could get that key Monday , the next Monday or the one after. The only gamble you have in front of you is when to buy, not if you should.
