True enough Jock, that's certainly how it feels. The risk is that "nothing" seems to be happening and then out of the blue, there's an announcement of an LOI or HOA , just as Jakjazz mentioned a few days ago, and then we're off to the races. And as for the tablet, well, they've only really adequatly worked out its optimal (bi-phasic) levels last year for dogs. Hopefully the mTOR system in dogs is similar enough to humans not to require any more fine tuning of the tablet, but then again that's what makes having the phase one MND trial before the phase 2 human trials for other conditions useful should this be necessary.
