I'm open to what might be decided re raising funds, but frankly, I'm cautioning AGAINST issuing more shares beyond 1) for existing options holders in PAA and 2) 1 or 2 carefully placed placements to "serious" investors ie, health players/investors - those that bring ca$h AND credibility to what PAA is attempting to achieve!

1 Professional Health Sector Placements
2 govt grants [made a lot easier to receive by the ODD]
3 fundraisers [ie "fightmnd" etc]
4 Existing options-holders

There's HEAPS of $$$ in that "controlled space", let's not dilute away something special!
