I wouldn't read into the short position. It's fairly small and is probably a short term trader/s trading a price pattern they like. Possibly with no knowledge of the company. Impossible to know but again too small to be important. Unlikely to be a broker recommending the short.
re the 811 sales. Probably just a TWAP algo or similar dripping out a sell order every so often over the day. Dont know why you'd bother with such a small order. Again, too small to be important but yes annoying when they down tick something you're long.
