ive held since around 2015 and IMO given historical rate of progress on things at PAA on the development side of the business, its a long term hold. You have to personally decide if you are okay with that for your own position and portfolio. no one else can decide that. of course we can also all hope things speed up, but until it does (if it does) thats just hope.
What makes the long hold easier to handle is the epichem side of the business.
i regularly re-evaluate (both FA and TA) my positions and at the moment, i have this stock as undervalued. IMO value sits closer to 8c.
