Mate, you are making up a fanciful device that literally cannot exist in the next decade or two and arguing that it is a threat to Painchek. I would just want to draw your attention to the fact that your posts, which have continuously referred to this 'device' going back months now, are low quality content and are not aiding anything of worth to the conversation.

Even if blood biomarkers represent the most accurate assessment of pain possible, and even if incredible scientific developments make it plausible in the next few years, you still have a major issue with cost and its invasive nature. Even if you can somehow solve both of those issues, there will STILL be measurement error. Worst case scenario? Painchek teams up with a blood-based biomarker company to accurately measure pain using both objective (protein levels) and subjective (facial expression and other behavioural markers) measurements, leading to a more highly powered test than any individual component alone.

Seriously. Stick to other criticisms of Painchek, please.
