I'm with @PARdonthepun. The problem is not just the failure to announce.
I would prefer silence to the unreliable information they allow to filter down like Chinese Whispers. Nothing trickled out when they were doing the last credit raise - that info was locked up tighter than Fort Knox. Interesting. So they can control the security of information some of the time.

I think maybe they're not the fumbling administrators they present as. And I am, after all, the 'dumb money'.
Let's hope they are as competent getting deals done as they are with the clinical trials, because they have done brilliantly there.
