Dolomatrix appoints Clean Up Australia's Kiernan as chairman SYDNEY, May 6 AAP|Published: Monday May 6, 12:29 PM
Environmental waste management group Dolomatrix International Ltd has appointed Ian Kiernan as its chairman.
Mr Kiernan is known for his role as the chairman of the Clean Up Australia program, which he founded in 1989.
Mr Kiernan will continue in his role at Clean Up Australia in addition to his duties at Dolomatrix. advertisement

Dolomatrix's outgoing chairman Tony Brennan will remain as a director at the company and continue his role in investor relations.
Dolomatrix managing director Jon Doumbos said he expected Mr Kiernan's appointment would help lift awareness of the company's Dolocrete hazardous waste elimination product.
"The evolution from establishing Clean Up projects, cleaning up solid waste in Australia and around the world, to working with Dolomatrix to clean up hazardous waste is a logical one," Mr Kiernan said.
"It goes hand in hand with the need to value our waste as a resource."
Mr Kiernan's success with Clean Up Australia has enabled him to take the program global, with the United Nations-backed Clean Up the World.
At 1227 AEST, Dolomatrix shares were trading half a cent higher at 35.5 cents.
