    Pasta with Seafood:

    In a pan fry the following in a couple splashes olive oil for a few minutes:
    4 tablespoons chopped herbs.
    2 to 3 cloves sliced garlic.
    1 tablespoon capers.
    ½ to ¾ dozen anchovies.
    A little sliced chili to taste.


    Add the following and heat through only (undercook):
    Four small servings of seafood.
    A few splashes of white wine.
    A couple pieces of chopped paisley complete with stalks.
    A knob of butter or herb butter.
    Lemon zest to taste.

    Serve with pasta crumbs and grated cheese.
