Please explain to her the common link of ASIC, and its apparent lack of funding and definite lack of motivation to be an effective watchdog over directors and executives of smaller public companies. And Australia's relatively lax regulations around corporate accountability & obligation to provide s/h with proper information.
Please explain also that, given the numbers of individual shareholders especially when super is concerned, linking asx listed businesses to her push could well gain support for her from a much broader base.
