We have not had any problems with clients trading PMGOLD on other brokers. ASX code changes are not unusual, but what may be causing Etrade a problem is that ZAUWBA was listed as a warrant whereas PMGOLD is listed under the AQUA rules.
My understanding is that GOLD or ETPMAG are also listed under AQUA so why Etrade should be a problem with PMGOLD is a mystery.
Three months after the code change is too long for them to fix it up.
