All threads are moved across already, but you can only see them in thread view, not post view, so if anyone is reading in post view, you'll need to toggle the option above the post lists.
There are advantages to thread list for ease of reading, as if there is a thread with a blue dot to the left of it, you know there's a post in it that you haven't read. Clicking the thread subject will open it at your first unread post.
