Given the rigorous due diligence conducted by the DOE, the approval of the credit facility for the Thacker Pass project suggests that any potential lawsuits are unlikely to hold up in court.
Similarly, the strong support from the Imperial county board for CTR further diminishes the likelihood of these lawsuits succeeding. I think Mr. Codwell work really hard on proving lots of concern. It won't stand.
