Please outline your picks for 2013 and the reasons for it. My picks are:
- BCC (Oil)
They got money to drill and so far has been doing quite well in Alaska.
- PEN (Uranium)
They have ticked almost all the boxes to be a producer and highly likely to start building the foundation this year
