If it was me, i would let them play. They (Hong Kong or Chinese people) bring in the money for Australia and tax for the government. The things are those people may be restaurant owners or rich parents etc. If asking them to prove where those money came from, it is a difficult question. If this was somewhere else, other goverment would not say a single word.
