judge sumner and sec 35 decision

I cannot understand why the Judge has not yet made a ruling. The reason Ruane etc went into sec 35 was because a third party decision or arbitrator was needed. Any agreement between the Martu and Reward was always in jeopardy as the goal post were attempted to be moved by the Martu.

The Martu cannot move the goal post or attempt to move the goal post when Judge Sumner makes his ruling.

If Sumner is waiting for Ruane and the Martu to come to an agreement he is defeating the reason that Reward directors went to sec 35 because Rwd and martu couldnt come to an agreement
