The best option IMO will be to wait till early Dec 2015 and if PEN FPO is more than 3c then convert it.
I am also expecting consolidation of FPO at some stage after a solid pump by legal manipulators and then bring it down like a stone until THEY increase their holdings significantly.
Gus may have said no consolidation in the past.
Given the history of truth it is up to the individuals to believe what comes out of Gus's mouth.
