I predict that Qld Labor triumphalism will prevail on Saturday night. Not sure whether Bill Shorten will seize the microphone. But Anna P will get up on the podium amid shrieks of joy from the assembled union faithful. I feel pretty sure she will cry. Some may even faint from the glorious result.
Remember the Rudd speech after the big defeat at the last federal election. I can't remember any acknowledgement that Labor had LOST.
Every seat that Labor wins back will be greeted with screams of triumph. And if Newman loses his seat pretty little Kate will be treated like a goddess.
It will be interesting to see of Anna is still the party's leader at the next election.
