If more disposals was better, equity ratings wouldn't have to alter their criteria to combat backwards kicking and other menial disposals. It would be like for like.
Would a coach rather his team score at 36 disposals per goal or 20 disposals per goal? I think everyone knows the answer to that.
If player A had 9 disposals @ 55% efficiency and Player B had 6 disposals for 3 goals @ 83% efficiency, who was better? I think every coach and football follower worth their salt knows the answer.
