Portal Access for Shareholders

Hi All,

Jut going through the recent comms from Dean and Kaddy regarding portal closures, mergers and deals.

So is the below summary correct?

1. Windepot website has now been shutdown;
2. Kaddy website - although up - is still being developed;
3. DW8 shareholders no longer have portal access - including to Kaddy - unless they have an Australian ABN or liquor licence;
4. Hopefully in the future the INSIDER program will facilitate DW8 shareholder access to the Kaddy portal;
5. For now, DW8 shareholders can get 20% off from directwinecellars.com.au

so it seems a lot happening !
