My understanding was that there would not be old patients starting aa they will have tried the treatment and either continue or drop out due to lack of improvement, significant side effects or combination of both. Then it will only be babies/ very young children being diagnosed and entering the program which they will have for the rest of their lives if efficace for the individual or another superior treatment comes on stream. Understand how you may have interpreted differently.
