Prior to offer i thought that fair value for OZL was around $9 ( i have an ave 7.82), then i factored in that fair value for AVB assets was what OZL paid for them and got a value for combined entity at 9.62. I also believed that OZL SP was being inflated probably by BR to support offer and this will probably drop off. So i am looking to enlargen my holding in OZL when the price gets back to say 9.60 or under as i see the future value that they acquired.
