It was a tad aggressive because after 3 years of being the one who adds some realism to AVB's time predictions, some see it as it is me who has the problem and not AVB.
No, IMO, they will not be sending invoices out before the end of Q1.
That's because anybody who has a realistic idea of how long commissioning will take will expect first shipment late Q2 at best, maybe even into Q3.
