As I have pointed out several times during the last few years, companies who make an offer for full control of an other company simply use:
average sp last 3 mths + a certain percentage!
BURU's average sp for the last few months has been artificially kept just shy of 10 cents.
Let's be generous and call it 10 cents.
*Add 25%: offer 12.5 cents
* Add 50%: offer 15.0 cents
Who is behind this artificial manipulation, and do they really believe that 12.5 to 15 cents will be welcomed?
