It's absolutely awful whats happened in Lismore, but it has also been suffering from major floods for over 150 years...

People just shouldn't be living there, now if you were to use the small pacific islands where the shore line is literally shrinking year on year, you'd have a much harder time looking them in the eye arguing that even a 1% reduction wouldn't help them.
