Fortescue or more speficially AF does not have an "incumbant mindset". He's anticipating lead disruption technologies.
What "phase change disruptions" are we going to see with the introduction of:
* Heavy haul trucks running on green hydrogen and electric?
* Ships running on Ammonia?
* Trains running on Ammonia?
* Large batteries and storage?
Etc...
These are NEW systems all with NEW properties. This is global disruption taking place right before our eyes (not decades away) and Fortescue are across all value chains.
