j.w.pepper - FYI the agreement is 'firm', not contractually binding i.e has exit clauses for both parties. given the feasibility study is now so outdated the fact it's not binding is expectable. bankable on the other hand is a subjective term, all it means is you can take it and use it as a negotiation tool with banks doesn't mean they can't knock you back and say no thanks not good enough!
