Former White House Press SecretarySean Spicer says Donald Trump will be more effective in a second term ifelected again, claiming the former US president has learned from his mistakes.

“I think he didn’t come to Washington with a core group of folks becausehe wasn’t a politician,” Mr Spicer told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.
“He assumed the best in a lot of people both on Capitol Hill and withinhis own team.
“There were a lot of people who came with their own agendas and saidthat’s great now I’m going to execute what I think needs to get done, not hisagenda.
“He has learned how to get things done in Washington in politics.
“He has learned the right people to bring on board on his team and hehas learned who he can trust on Capitol Hill.”
