I'm just guessing here but I think this paper would be published in Lymphatic Research and Biology (https://home.liebertpub.com/publications/lymphatic-research-and-biology/114) based purely on the proportion of papers about lymphoedema in each issue and the fact that IPD's author has previously published in this journal.
The last issue is from August and has papers from December-January. Using this timeline would imply that if IPD's paper was submitted in February, we just might make it into the October issue.
I'm just guessing here but I think this paper would be published...
