I'am thinking Regal BOD are going to sell down HIO shares to 1c to prove to HIO board that they are better loosing shareholders money than HIO are.At this point Regal directors would have a proven record of loosing SH money and would be in a good position to become new HIO BOD when Bryan and his crew gest the boot.
