So, would you bother appointing a new director if you were expecting to be taken over??? Looks like the board expect to carry on as a stand alone entity based on this new appointment. The fact that the board wouldn't extend the 60 day exclusivity period with champ/sigdo is very telling that directors would rather stand alone so they can keep getting their outrageous salaries rather than broker the best outcome for shareholders.
