I think it was when labor was electing Shorten as leader they recalled caucus to Canberra twice, out of session, and on the public purse on strictly party business. Do you reckon Anna P and Shorten travelled to NSW to stand beside Foley out of their own pocket? Tell us how either's job description includes electioneering in other jurisdictions.
