FHe is only 120km away from Perth much easy for them supply hydrogen local. Prl is 890km away from Perth....so export is main goal. Prl need to build new port to do it. Don't know how big and how much cost the project become feasibility....prl is not just need looking for big investors , maybe Appy government funding is very important....
