The project is 50:50. I believe the cost also split 50:50 between prl and totel EREN. But totel EREN response finance the project. I assume totel EREN response get loan for the project 。the loan cost (interest) will split between prl and totel EREN. How prl an paid for the 50% loan , got to see the final Agreement. PRL may need to fund the interest cost for the loan until the project start production. Other possible prl bring new partners into the project to help funding which mean prl may share 50% with new partners.
