Hi Pualdola.
Insightful article but the author mentions that the Chinese could own almost 50% the company. that statement is incorrect, I understand that the SQZG cannot hold more then 19.99% at any one time.
In addition to that I understand that any shares issued relating to equity funding needs to be approved by share holders as does dept funding. Personally I would prefer dept funding over equity funding to minimize dilution to share holders.
