Woody2 ; I think it is already established that the National nominees holding the ADR'S in USA are not able to vote so that it will come down to Australian shareholders to vote in or out the ltip at agm .
Very important for all aus shareholders to vote the way they see fit .
I've left my flip flops outside the front door and I am voting no.
Also on the proxy form fill in the name of a director [Name of 1st Proxy] to give your proxy a yes or no vote and don't tick the box where it says Chairman is appointed as this will direct your vote as to the way the chairman thinks fit which is in the affirmative for all ten resolutions
