SSN mgmt seem to operate in a parallel universe where everything is rosy and they believe the are doing a good job. I simply ask them to jump back in to the real world and focus on delivering outcomes for the shareholder.
Don't get me wrong , mgmt should be rewarded well when they deliver sustainable outstanding outcomes , however SSN have not delivered - it's as simple as that!!!!!!!!!
my votes ( few million) will be against , apart from change in auditor as it reduces costs.
