At Westpac as long as you don't cancel your order then the rest of your shares wont be charged anymore than the minimum rate for the total purchase or sale and you can change the price along the way in my experience.
I been away from ALK for 6 months and not kept up with mining progress much...so i'll be reading the new ann to see if they progressed much in NSW. Are the Liberal Greens and EPA an issue with ALK or they gone away?
