I can't add anything further at the minute but would reinforce China's influence here. They will drive the best type of peace which is economic recovery, infrastructure, jobs and therefore a sustain prosperous democracy. The vote is the first step only. This may take another couple of weeks yet but in China it's all about fundamental. Coz it's Fun... Da... unless you are Mental...
