Received the same call detailing the offer and asking whether I was participating. I replied that I wasn’t and he asked me why. I told him that I was disillusioned with the share price and even though I am a long term holder I was concerned about the company’s ongoing viability. He then asked if I would like to give the board any feedback (stupid question). I said just tell them what I just told you.
