The price was pushed up on expectations of an announcement about commercial sales. It seems that many were expecting such an announcement to be made in September - as the month comes to an end with nothing announced, people are starting to get skeptical and withdrawing their money.
I think this will drift down towards 45c until they make an armour/helmet sale. I anticipate this will hit $1 if the deal is for more than $2M.
