Thank you SP3 i did not now it has been a bit vage about a few things to do with time linies and when agrements and legalitys kick in.
I thought the legalitys the partys all exchanged in the revew were a part of what was frosen but aparently thats not the case either.
What was frosen now i wander seing as it was so easy to thor it out and walk away from it all with NMDC?
