Not sure how the High Court can interpret what is a clear clause in the constitution. To hell with the consequences. Apply the law as it is written. If they dont like the wording of the clause then get permission from the people to change. I like Barnaby.... but bad luck. Parliament needs to be held to the highest standards.
p.s Sam Dastyari - might have told a few lies last night. Didn't answer why he asked the Chinese to pay his bills. Never has. Just says he made a mistake and owned up to it.
